Blue Lakes Chiropractic was founded in 1981 by Charles Porter, DC, with a vision of bringing modern chiropractic care to the Twin Falls community. From its earliest days, the clinic stood for compassionate care, clinical excellence, and a commitment to helping patients live healthier, more active lives.

Over the years, the clinic has not only served thousands of families in the Magic Valley, but also acted as a launching pad for many chiropractors who began their careers here before moving on to build practices of their own.

For over 40+ years Blue Lakes Chiropractic has been a mainstay in the community, continuously adapting and growing while staying true to its founding mission. The doctors who have walked these halls — past and present — each left a lasting mark on our story. We honor their long legacy of service and excellence.

From Dr. Porter’s early leadership in the 1980s to the current team of chiropractors who carry on the tradition today, our clinic has remained dedicated to healing spines, supporting families, and strengthening our community.

We recognize the numerous chiropractors who have refined their craft and shaped our clinic through their years of dedication, service, and care. Additionally, Dr. Arrington and Dr. Olsen recognize Dr. Charles Porter, Dr. Ron Corbin and Dr. David Long for their friendship, mentorship, and the faith they had in us as they entrusted their patients to our care at the close of their practices. We wouldn't be here without them.

In 2015 Dr. Arrington earned a license as a family nurse practitioner and started Blue Lakes Medicine to further expand the clinic's services. Our two integrated clinics rapidly grew with the addition of standard medical treatments including regenerative medicine. Blue Lakes Chiropractic Jerome was opened in 2024 to better serve our north canyon patients.

Now serving patients from two great locations in Twin Falls and Jerome, Blue Lakes Chiropractic & Blue Lakes Medicine continue to uphold the values set forth in 1981: compassionate care, integrity, and dedication to patient health.

With a team of experienced providers and a commitment to integrative, whole-body wellness, we are proud to continue the tradition — and excited for the decades of care still to come.
