I have gone to three other chiropractors in Twin Falls. And Dr. Arrington is the only one who seemed more concerned with getting g rid of my pain rather than getting a dollar from me. What I mean by that is that he did not pressure me to make an appointment as soon as possible but rather when I felt I needed it. I have never had a chiropractor actually fix me before Dr. Arrington. I was on the ground for over a week just in so much pain and after my appointment I remember coming home calling my brother and just crying happy tears telling him I was sitting there eating dinner like its nothing and not in pain!!! Dr. Arrington explained everything to me very well. I just moved here from out of state and im telling my friends and family its worth buying a plane ticket out here just to have an appointment with him. Dr. Arrington and his entire staff for that matter are all sensitive, professional, and efficient! I feel like I should make tshirts with his name on it to spread the word!

I am very impressed with Dr.Arrington. My back has hurt for a long time and was told by a coworker about him. On her recommendation, I made an appointment. He explained to me about how the lower back works and what was going on with mine. He adjusted my back but he also talked to me about how to keep my back healthy for the long term. My husband was in pain and needed adjustments on his back and hips. A freind of ours referred us to Doctor Arrington. He was able to assess the problems quickly and efficiently on our first visit. With just a few treatments my husand saw the pain subside and was able to walk better as well as stand up straight again. The staff there was courtious and professional. I have been a patient of Dr. Arrington for about 6 years now. He is absolutely fantastic. My latest visit was due to sever hip pain that would drop me to my knees. He was able to re-align me and get things working again to where I can walk and stand. I don't go to anyone but Dr. Arrington.

I have to say I have never felt so good.. First time I have ever been to a chiropractor.. well I decided it was time I have been in pain also major knots in my shoulder also ribs out.. Dr. Arrington is very knowledgeable and sympathetic to your needs. He has always relieved me of my pain! He was quick to respond (after hours) to my husband when he was having a heart attack and directed him to the emergency room....what my husband thought was just a severe pulled muscle in his back was so much more serious! Dr. Arrington was wise enough to know something wasn't right just by listening to my husband tell him about his symptoms over the phone! Dr Arrington has been great in helping me with all my numerous sports related injuries. Being an active Brazilian Jiu Jitsu instructor (and over 40) my body takes beating. I know that I can count on Dr Arrington to adjust me, and get my body feeling good. In cases where it’s been something a little more severe, he’s been very good at looking at all the available options and finding what works. He doesn’t just adjust me and send me out the door. I have been a patient of Dr. Arrington's for over a year, during which time he has made remarkable progress in treating my knee and hip issues. Recently, I experienced severe migraines, which coincided with my follow-up appointment. Notably, while Dr. Arrington was adjusting my neck, I observed a significant reduction in the ringing in my ears, a symptom of Tinnitus that I have been experiencing since the fall of 2020, a lingering side effect of Covid. Several hours have passed, and the ringing has not resumed. I am thoroughly impressed with Dr. Arrington's expertise and will highly recommend him to everyone for any reason. I went to Dr. Arrington for a consultation regarding Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) therapy on my knee. I received a meniscectomy nearly two years ago in another state. I was not satisfied with the healing and recovery. Dr. Arrington was very knowledgeable, explained the procedure, benefits, risks, and was very up front about the likelihood of it working and time needed for full benefits of the PRP. It was the best 700 dollars I ever spent. My knee feels way better! I am still working towards the full benefits of the PRP which takes months, but I already have better range of motion and knee health. I would definitely recommend PRP and Dr. Arrington to my friends and family.

Rusty and his whole staff are very helpful and enjoyable to be around. Having back pain for as long as I can remember, he alleviated it in 3 or 4 visits without anything drastic. He has also worked very diligently and effectively in helping my 9 year old daughter with her horrible migraines she has been having for a couple years. If I knew this was the quality of people and quality of results, I would have gone here years ago.
