I have gone to three other chiropractors in Twin Falls. And Dr. Arrington is the only one who seemed more concerned with getting g rid of my pain rather than getting a dollar from me. What I mean by that is that he did not pressure me to make an appointment as soon as possible but rather when I felt I needed it. I have never had a chiropractor actually fix me before Dr. Arrington. I was on the ground for over a week just in so much pain and after my appointment I remember coming home calling my brother and just crying happy tears telling him I was sitting there eating dinner like its nothing and not in pain!!! I just moved here from out of state and im telling my friends and family its worth buying a plane ticket out here just to have an appointment with him. He explained to me about how the lower back works and what was going on with mine. He adjusted my back but he also talked to me about how to keep my back healthy for the long term. Recently, I experienced severe migraines, which coincided with my follow-up appointment. I went to Dr. Arrington for a consultation regarding Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) therapy on my knee. I received a meniscectomy nearly two years ago in another state. I was not satisfied with the healing and recovery. Dr. Arrington was very knowledgeable, explained the procedure, benefits, risks, and was very up front about the likelihood of it working and time needed for full benefits of the PRP. It was the best 700 dollars I ever spent. My knee feels way better! I am still working towards the full benefits of the PRP which takes months, but I already have better range of motion and knee health. I would definitely recommend PRP and Dr. Arrington to my friends and family.
