About

Like many of my patients, I have experienced watching a family member suffer with no answers on how to treat her. My 3-year-old daughter had a chronic cough and none of the medical professionals we went to could help her. Many were the sleepless nights holding our little one as she coughed and wheezed.

Finally, we took her to an upper cervical doctor, and within months our sweet little girl was on her way to recovery. I then knew my calling in life: to help those with upper cervical misalignments find healing through upper cervical chiropractic care, and to give relief to their families.

I attended Life University in Marietta, Georgia where I absorbed information in the knee chest upper cervical specific (KCUCS) program as well as other forms of chiropractic and holistic care. I interned with Dr. Mike Anderson (a leader in KCUCS) for 6 months. For five years, I elected to spend my Thursday nights in additional extracurricular study with Dr. Anderson. My passion for the miracles resulting from KCUCS drove me to extend its benefits to the citizens of Guatemala during two health missions.

And now I have the privilege of serving the residents in the Twin Falls ID area who may be suffering from maladies that can be mitigated or resolved through upper cervical chiropractic care, nutritional counseling, and life coaching. I yearn to improve the health of the people of this community by providing unique, highly specialized care.

I have never had a chiropractor actually fix me before Dr. Arrington. I was on the ground for over a week just in so much pain and after my appointment I remember coming home calling my brother and just crying happy tears telling him I was sitting there eating dinner like its nothing and not in pain!!! Recently, I experienced severe migraines, which coincided with my follow-up appointment. I went to Dr. Arrington for a consultation regarding Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) therapy on my knee. I received a meniscectomy nearly two years ago in another state. I was not satisfied with the healing and recovery. Dr. Arrington was very knowledgeable, explained the procedure, benefits, risks, and was very up front about the likelihood of it working and time needed for full benefits of the PRP. It was the best 700 dollars I ever spent. My knee feels way better! I am still working towards the full benefits of the PRP which takes months, but I already have better range of motion and knee health.
